Terms & ConditionsThese terms apply to appointments, memberships and purchases from Oak & Razor.AppointmentsAppointments can be rescheduled or cancelled online up to 4 hours before the start time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten or reschedule your service. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.MembershipsMemberships renew each month or year from the date of purchase. Unused visits do not roll over. Memberships are personal and cannot be shared.Shop orders and gift cardsUnopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Gift cards are valid for three years and can be used for any service or product. Digital guides are non-refundable once downloaded.
