What if I am running late?

Call the shop. If you are more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten your service or move you to the next free chair.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes. Use the link in your confirmation email to reschedule or cancel up to 4 hours before your appointment, free of charge.

Do I pay when booking?

No. You pay at the shop after your service, or it is covered by your membership.

Can I book for my son or a friend?

Of course. Book with their name in the details and they will get the confirmation if you add their email.
